If you have a Vanguard Brokerage account, you can use AutoBroker®, our automated phone service, to manage your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What you can do with AutoBroker

  • Check account balances, current positions, and order statuses.
  • Hear real-time stock, option, and major market index quotes.
  • Obtain the last closing net asset values of listed mutual funds.
  • Create up to 6 watch lists and track as many as 30 securities in each list.

To use AutoBroker, call 800-992-8327.

  • If you already have a personal identification number (PIN) for Vanguard's Tele-Account® system and you're a Vanguard Brokerage client, you're ready to use AutoBroker. Your Tele-Account PIN allows you to access AutoBroker.
  • If you don't have a PIN, you can establish one during your first call to AutoBroker. All you need is a Vanguard mutual fund account number, such as the account number of your money market settlement fund. Reference one of your recent statements for a Vanguard fund account number. You'll then be prompted to create a confidential four-digit PIN.
