There are no sales commissions or withdrawal penalties (also known as surrender charges).
There is a one-time transaction fee equal to 2% of your annuity purchase amount. The quote you receive is net of this fee.
Will I have access to my initial investment? Yes, you can withdraw assets whenever you wish. Yes, after a specified period (five years, for example), plus you can withdraw up to 10% of your policy's value each year without surrender charges.
What guarantee do I have for my payments?  Product guarantees are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company.
When can I make withdrawals?
