Account group—Help |
|
Account groups allow you to customize your analysis by organizing your investments based on their purpose or goal and analyzing the investments that pertain to each goal separately from the rest of your portfolio. Vanguard has created account groups for your retirement, nonretirement, and education investing in addition to the My Accounts View group, which contains all the investments you hold or track on Vanguard.com®. You can create up to 10 account groups in addition to the ones that Vanguard created for you. You may change the holdings in any account group except My Accounts View at any time. If you've created a preferred view on our site, it will appear in your list of account groups instead of the My Accounts View group. You can set a target asset allocation for each of your account groups. Setting a target asset allocation enables you to compare an account group's actual investment allocation to a target allocation that meets your investing goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. Choosing a groupUse the dropdown menu to select the account group you wish to view, modify, or analyze. You can also choose to create a new account group from the dropdown.
